Essential Qualification and Experience

• A candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India and must be a holder of a degree in Law from a recognised University established by Law in India.

• A fresh law graduate can also apply for the post with a provisional certificate.
