Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) invites applications for the post of Independent Member for various Consumer Grievances Redressal Forums (CGRFs).

Name of the Post: Independent Member

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The Independent Member shall be a person of stature and repute having sufficient exposure to and experience of consumer affairs and having graduate degree in any field / discipline. Person possessing degree in law from a recognized university and having at least ten (10) years of experience in handling legal matters shall have an added advantage.

• Provided that the Members of the Forum shall preferably have working knowledge of the vernacular language of the State of Gujarat.
