• Must have 5 years' experience/training in systems and process; management, IT systems management, HR management or financial systems management;
• Must have at least 8 years work experience in Government Organisation or reputed Institution/Industry;
• Must have passed MSCIT/DOEACC examination and excellent computer application skills;
• Preference will be given to the candidates who hold degree in Law.
