Essential Qualification and Experience
Category A Advocates
• 5 Points for Post Graduation Degree in Law (LLM) or any other specialisation related to Law.
• Minimum Nill, Maximum - 5 (Note - Having a PG Degree is not mandatory for empanelment. But having it will give 5 points to the advocate).
Category B Advocates
• 5 Points for Post Graduation Degree in Law (LLM) or any other specialisation related to Law.
• Minimum Nill, Maximum - 5 (Note - Having a PG Degree is not mandatory for empanelment. But having it will give 10 points to the advocate).
Category C Advocates
• 5 Points for Post Graduation Degree in Law (LLM) or any other specialisation related to Law.
• Minimum Nill, Maximum - 5 (Note - Having a PG Degree is not mandatory for empanelment. But having it will give 10 points to the advocate).
