Empanelment Of Advocates (Goa) Vacancy At Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO)

Employees' Provident Fund organization (EPFO) invites application for empanelment of Advocates to represent the Central Board, EPF before various courts (viz. High Court of Bombay at Goa, State Commission and DCDRF & other lower courts in the State of Goa (under the jurisdiction of Hubballi Zone).

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The law firms can also apply for empanelment and assign the advocates to deal with cases of the department. The firm shall ensure that there is no conflict of interest in matters contesting for EPFO.

• The Advocate should have a bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.

• The Advocate should be enrolled/registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.

• The Advocates are required to have the minimum professional/Court practice experience of 7 years for High Courts and Other Courts in the State.

• However, the Central Provident Fund Commissioner may relax the experience or prescribe any other additional qualification or condition as deem fit.
