Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Zonal office, Mumbai, a statutory body of the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, proposes to engage legal Counsel(s) to represent the Central Board, EPF before, High Court, Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT), CAT, DCDRF, SCDRC, NCDRC, NCLT, NCLAT and lower/ District Courts at Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The Advocate should have a bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.

• The Advocate should be enrolled/ registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.

• The Advocates are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of minimum 7 years for High Courts and other Courts in the State. For NCDRC, NCLAT, NCLT, a minimum of 10 years' experience shall be required.
