Delhi Transco Limited invites applications for a Fresh Panel of Counscl/ Advocate for Delhi Transco Limited (DTL) & Delhi Power Company Limited for District Courts of Delhi, DERC, CERC, APTEL, High Court, Supreme Court, Quasi-Judicial Authority, Tribunals, Forums, other Courts equivalent to High Court and below, for different cases of the Companies.
Name of the Post: Empanelment of Advocates
Essential Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university and registration with the Bar Council of Delhi.
• Professional experience of practice in Supreme Court/ High Court/ Equivalent Court of not less than 07 years for consideration of empanelment in Supreme Court/High Court/equivalent Court and professional experience of practice in District /Lower Courts/equivalent Court for not less than 5 years for consideration of empanelment in District/Lower Courts/Equivalent Court.
• Good communication skills and good knowledge of laws and procedures including electricity laws and service matters. Earlier working in electrical/power-related cases is desirable.
• Office in Delhi NCR/Supreme Court/ High Court/District Court.
