Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, Zonal Office, Vijayawada invites applications for Empanelment of Advocates to appear before NCLT-Andhra Pradesh located in Amaravathi and other lower courts situated in the districts of Srikakulam, Kurnool, Kadapa & Nellore.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Be enrolled/registered as an advocate with the State Bar Council. ii) Have a minimum, relevant experience of Ten years of handling Civil, Criminal, Service, Labour, and Arbitration matters with a fair knowledge of labour laws with special reference to the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act,1952 (EPF and MP Act, 1952).
