Essential Qualification and Experience

• Must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized University established by Law in India and recognized as such by the Bar Council of India;

• Must be a practicing Advocate in Courts of Civil and Criminal jurisdiction and must have been in actual practice for a period of not less than seven years as on the last date of the receipt of the application.

• Must be proficient in reading and writing Urdu.
