Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers of the Central or State Government or Central or State Public Sector Undertakings; or

• Autonomous or Statutory bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or

• With five-year service of on regular basis in posts in the level 10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and

• Possessing a degree in law from a government recognized University or Institute.
