Essential Qualification and Experience

• Full Full-time three-year LLB or Five-year integrated Law course.

• The person shall have at least 3 years of experience in a medium/ Large scale organization dealing with legal matters or as a practicing advocate in a High Court/ Civil Court.

• He should be conversant with all legal issues pertaining to Indian Electricity Act and Regulations. Commercial Contracts, Labour Laws, Compensation claims, Revenue Laws, Industrial laws trade union acts, company laws, and allied matters in the legal field and he should have sound knowledge in drafting legal documents and briefs.
