Essential Qualification and Experience
• A person enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 with any State Bar Council and having 10 (ten) years post qualification experience as on 31.12.2024. Advocates who have worked in similar positions in Arbitral Institutions are eligible to apply by counting the period they have worked in Arbitral Institutions to the period of their standing as an Advocate.
