Essential Qualification and Experience
• In term of sub section (1) of section 84 of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Chairperson of MPERC shall be a person of ability, integrity and standing who has adequate knowledge of, and has shown capacity in, dealing with problems relating to engineering, finance, commerce, economics, law or management.

• Interested candidates are required to submit in their application in the prescribed format and shall submit it to The Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Energy Department, 2nd floor, Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan - II, Bhopal-462004 (M.P.) on or before 17.09.2024
