Essential Qualification and Experience

• The Chairman and Member shall be the persons of ability, integrity, standing who have adequate knowledge of and has shown capacity in dealing with problems relating to Engineering Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law or Management or the requisite qualification to have been appointed as Judge of the High Court or a District Judge.

• In case Chairman does not possess qualification to be appointed as Judge of the High Court or a District Judge, the Member must have this qualification.
