Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors/ master's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication and other related engineering course.

• Patent Registration is must.

• Having a law degree will be an added advantage.

• Post qualification experience of 1 to 2 years in a law firm or industry in patent search, drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications.

Roles & Responsibility

• Candidate will be required to perform Patent search (Prior Art Search and insights into patentability), preparing IP opinions (patentability, FTO and invalidity), drafting patent specifications, knowledge on e-filing of patent application, handling response to Office Actions (Reply to FER/ SER), attending hearings with the IPO and Drafting and prosecuting Design applications.
