Essential Qualification and Experience
Assistant Law Officer
• The candidate should hold a Law Degree from a recognized university.
• Candidate should be a charter holder of ‘Maharashtra’, and ‘Maharashtra and Goa’ Bar Council and should have been registered as an advocate with ‘Maharashtra’, Maharashtra and Goa Bar Council for a period of not less than 4 years.
• Candidate must have good knowledge and experience of civil and criminal court procedures. Candidate must have passed Secondary School Certificate Examination or equivalent or higher examination with Marathi subject (higher level or lower level) with 100 mark paper.
Assistant Law Officer (Grade – II)
• The candidate should hold a Law Degree from a recognized university.
• Candidate should be a charter holder of ‘Maharashtra’, and ‘Maharashtra and Goa’ Bar Council and should have been registered as an advocate with ‘Maharashtra’, Maharashtra and Goa Bar Council for a period of not less than 3 years.
• Candidate must have good knowledge and experience of civil and criminal court procedures. Candidate must have passed Secondary School Certificate Examination or equivalent or higher examination with Marathi subject (higher level or lower level) with 100 mark paper.
