Essential Qualification and Experience
Deputation: Officers Under Central/State Government/Union Territories including Central Police Organizations/ State Police Organizations:
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; Or
- With five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- (Level in pay Matrix -10) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department
- Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University. Three years' experience in legal work.
