Essential Qualification and Experience
- Degree of LL.B or equivalent from a recognized University and/or Institute in India or abroad, recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- The candidate should have more than 20 years of experience in the area of implementation of policies/ rules, HR, IR management, Recruitment, Establishment, contract labour management, and court cases, etc
