The National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) has issued a circular dated 20.07.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench in NCLT Bengaluru for the period of 24.07.2023 to 28.07.2023, sinceMr. Manoj Kumar Dubey (Technical Member) is on leave in that duration.

The Special Bench shall attend to the matters listed before Justice (Retd.) T Krishna Valli (Judicial Member) and Shri Manoj Kumar Dubey (Technical Member).

The matters are to be heard through Video Conferencing mode.

The Special Bench shall comprise of:

NCLT Bengaluru Bench

  1. Justice (Retd.) T Krishna Valli (Judicial Member)
  2. Ms. Anu Jagmohan Singh (Technical Member)

It is to be noted that Ms. Anu Jagmohan Singh (Technical Member) shall first take up matters of their own Division Bench (NCLT Mumbai Court No. 1) and thereafter attend to matters before Special Bench (NCLT Bengaluru) as per convenience.

The Circular has been issued in partial modification of Order of even number dated 04.12.2022, and applicable between 24.07.2023 and 28.07.2023 only.
