Special Bench At NCLT Allahabad Between 5th To 16th June 2023; Matters To Be Heard Through VC

The National Company Law Tribunal has issued a circular dated 18.05.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench for NCLT Allahabad for the period of 05.06.2023 to 16.06.2023. The matters during the said duration are to be heard through Video Conferencing.
Shri Praveen Gupta (Judicial Member) is on leave from 12.06.2023 to 16.06.2023 and Shri Ashish Verma (Technical Member) is on leave from 05.06.2023 to 16.06.2023. Therefore, Special Bench has been constituted for NCLT Allahabad.
The Special Benches shall comprise of:
NCLT Allahabad – First Half (from 05.06.2023 to 09.06.2023)
- Shri Praveen Gupta (Judicial Member)
- Shri Ajai Das Mehrotra (Technical Member)
It is to be noted that Shri Ajai Das Mehrotra (Technical Member) shall first take up matters of Special Bench (NCLT Allahabad) and then take up matters of his Division Bench listed before NCLT Ahmedabad Court No. II.
NCLT Allahabad (from 12.06.2023 to 19.06.2023)
- Shri Shammi Khan (Judicial Member)
- Shri Ajai Das Mehrotra (Technical Member)
Further, Shri Shammi Khan (Judicial Member) and Shri Ajai Das Mehrotra (Technical Member) shall take up matters of NCLT Allahabad as per their convenience.
The Circular has been issued in partial modification of Order of even number dated 07.12.2022, and applicable between 05.06.2023 and 16.06.2023 only.
