The Delhi High Court on Wednesday allowed Former BharatPe Managing Director Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain Grover to travel abroad to the United States.

Justice Subramonium Prasad allowed Grover to travel to the US from May 26 to June 12 and his wife, Madhuri Jain Grover from June 15, after he returns back.

The court asked the Delhi Police's counsel to give suggestions on the conditions to be imposed on the husband and wife to ensure their return to the country.

The court was dealing with the plea moved by Ashneer Grover and Madhuri Jain Grover challenging the look-out circulars (LOC) issued against them.

In June last year, a coordinate bench issued notice on the plea moved by Grover and his wife seeking quashing of the FIR registered by Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing. However, the court had refused to stay the probe.
