India Mediation Weekend will be a two-day event bringing together some of the leading mediators and mediation institutions from across the world, including India, Singapore, and London.
The International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad, is hosting the first-ever India Mediation Weekend, scheduled for July 20th-21st, 2024, in Hyderabad.
The two-day event will bring together some of the leading mediators, mediation institutions, judges, corporate counsels, and other stakeholders in the field of mediation from across the world, including India, Singapore, and London.
The programme will feature sector-specific sessions, including Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, ESG and Real Estate Laws, hosted by eminent law firms such as Rajah and Tann Singapore LLP and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, as well as esteemed international mediation organisations such as Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) and ADR ODR International, UK, among others.
