The Competition Commission of India has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of
Director (Law).
No of Post: 01
Age Limit: Between 40 and 45 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 (PB 4) + Grade Pay Rs.8900
Essential Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Competition Law or equivalent from a recognized University; and eight (8) years experience in the relevant field. OR
- Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized University and ten (10) years experience in the relevant filed. OR
- Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent from a recognized University and twelve (12) years experience in the relevant field.
Desirable: Experience in Competition Law.
