Delhi HC Upholds NCERT’s Decision On Bids For Supply Of Educational Kits [Read Order]

The Delhi High Court has refused to quash the orders issued by NCERT on the bids invited for supply of Educational Kits through Central Public Procurement e-tender system.

The order was issued by Justice Vibhu Bakhru on a Petition challenging the rejection of the bids on the tender which was issued by NCERT in December last year.

The bids submitted by the Petitioners were rejected at the technical bid stage. NCERT had justified its stand by submitting that the Petitioners had not supplied the requisite invoices, and that there was no evidence that the Petitioners had requisite experience.

The Court agreed with the reasons adopted by NCERT for the rejection and dismissed the challenge.
