Saakshya Law Refocuses As Disputes' Firm

Update: 2022-12-19 15:04 GMT

Saakshya Law, Advocates, is refocusing as a Disputes' Firm, specialising in Litigation and Arbitration matters.

The firm is headed by Aditya Narayan, who is a sought-after arguing counsel and expert strategist on high stakes commercial dispute matters. The firm has extensive litigation and arbitration experience across fora in Karnataka, Delhi and across the country. This refocus reflects the Firm's commitment to its disputes expertise and focus, as well as to serve as a platform for aspiring litigators.

Saakshya Law will no longer actively advise on corporate transactional advisory matters. Siddharth Raja, who was leading the erstwhile corporate practice will move on from the Firm.

Aditya Narayan, Managing Partner - Saakshya Law says "We are passionate about high quality dispute resolution work. We will combine the standing and strategy of a litigation chamber with the commercial understanding and service experience of a top law firm. Dispute resolution is constantly evolving and Saakshya Law will invest more in professional development and technology to better represent our clients' interests. As we effect this transition, Saakshya Law thanks Siddharth for his contributions and wish him every success in his future endeavours".

Saakshya Law was founded in 2019. The firm is led by 2 partners – Aditya Narayan and Megha Malhotra Narayan, along with a strong team of lawyers focusing on disputes' mandates for a broad spectrum of clients, across industries. With a core focus on disputes' mandates, the lawyers at Saakshya will continue to appear across fora, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts around India, tribunals and before other statutory authorities. Saakshya Law also has substantial experience in arbitration (both domestic and international) having acted in several ad hoc and institutional arbitrations.

With this shift, Saakshya will provide quality advice on dispute resolution to clients across jurisdictions, including to Law Firms with limited disputes' capability.
