Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has issued a public notice in newspapers, directing builders from various districts of the state to attend and present their case in the online hearing of 28 complaints scheduled on different dates in the upcoming month. UP RERA's public notice serves as a final reminder for builders who have repeatedly missed their scheduled hearings.

The complaints involve several real estate firms, including:

- Palm Estate

- IMCO Multi Trade Pvt. Ltd.

- Shine City Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd.

- Dwarka Residency

- Ganpati Builders

- Iconic Infraventures Ltd.

- Agrani Homes Pvt. Ltd.

- Manya Infra Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.

- GID Housing Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

- Khalsa Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.

- Omega Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd.

- Samriddhi Infrastate Pvt. Ltd.

The notice specifies that parties will receive a link on their registered mobile number and email ID two days before the scheduled hearing date. They can use this link to join the hearing from any location. Additionally, the public notice warns that if builders fail to attend the hearings even after this reminder, the bench will proceed to make a unilateral decision under the provisions of the RERA Act. This decision will consider the interests of the complainants and allottees, and builders will be held solely responsible for the outcomes.
