Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Authority) has directed builders/promoters to submit architectural drawings while applying for a Completion Certificate/Occupancy Certificate and to open three separate bank accounts. These directives are based on decisions made during the Authority's 18th meeting held on June 7th.
The directive requires promoters to submit detailed architectural drawings when applying for a Completion Certificate/Occupancy Certificate in the Post Registration module. These drawings must encompass all floors, including stilt floor workings, typical floor plans, and terrace floors. Additionally, they should include 3-D views if available, elevation and section details, and specific information regarding staircases, balconies, railings, finishing, and painting. Crucially, these drawings must be sealed and signed by an architect registered with the Council of Architecture, ensuring they meet professional standards and regulatory requirements.
The directive also mandates the opening of three separate bank accounts for each project. These accounts are to be categorized as Collection Account, Retention Account, and Promoter's Account, each named to reflect the promoter's and project's names in this format:
Collection Account: Promoter's name – Project's name – Collection Account
Retention Account: Promoter's name – Project's name – Retention Account
Promoter's Account: Promoter's name – Project's name – Promoter's Account
