The Central Government has notified the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2017. The rules came into force on Monday.

As per the new rules, the Certificate of Incorporation shall be issued by the Registrar in Form No. INC-11 and the Certificate of Incorporation shall mention the permanent account number (PAN) of the company, if it is issued by the Income Tax Department.
