National Law University Odisha Law Journal invites original scholarly articles, book reviews and case comments for the 3rd volume of the journal. This volume of the journal is dedicated to the topic of ‘Rights of the Child’.
Articles can be on the following themes:
- Right to Education
- Child Labour
- Health and Nutrition
- Juvenile justice
- Migration, displacement and status of children in conflict zones
- Rights and care of differently abled children
- Issue of custody of children in divorce cases-Relevance of a child’s perspective.
Journal also welcomes book review of any book related to rights of children and case comments on decisions affecting interests of children.
All articles, book reviews and case comments should be original and not published elsewhere. If the article has been accepted while under consideration for publication in the National Law University Odisha journal, author should inform immediately if she/he wants to withdraw the article from NLUO journal.
An abstract of 150 to 300 words should also be submitted along-with articles and case comments. Given below is the word limit for the three category of writings.
- Articles 5000-8000 words
- Book Review 2000-3000 words
- Case Comments 2000-4000 words
Submission Format
The contributions must be in English. The citation needs to be OSCOLA.
All writings should be accompanied by a declaration that they are original and not published elsewhere. Last date for submission March 20th 2016
