Sibal: The Petitioner did not contend that larger conspiracy emanated from meeting of 27.02.2002 alone. The undisputed evidence demonstrate a larger conspiracy (with respect of Tehelka tapes etc.). It is this conspiracy which is not investigated by SIT. That is my statement.
