18th D. M. Harish Memorial Government Law College International Moot Court Competition

Government Law College announces the 18^th edition of the D. M. Harish Memorial Government Law College International Moot Court Competition (DMH),hosted by the Government Law College, Mumbai, India, in association with the D. M. Harish Foundation.

The Competition is scheduled to be held from 9^th- 12^th February, 2017.

The case study of the competition deals primarily with issues relating to Public International Law with elements of private international law, highlighting the emerging legal landscape and has been drafted by experts in the field. Judges of the highest regard in India, academicians and experts in the field of International Law arrive in Mumbai to adjudicate the competition.

REGISTRATION FEE:

A nominal registration fee of INR 5000 shall be charged to all the Invited Indian Universities/Colleges and Indian Universities/Colleges that have been selected through the Memorial Round. A registration fee of USD 150 will be charged to all the Overseas Universities.

• Deadline for Submission of Memorials (soft-copy) for Indian Universities/Colleges applying through the Memorial Round (11:59 p.m. IST)- 27th September, 2016


• Deadline for Submission of Memorials (hard copy) for Indian Universities/Colleges applying through the Memorial Round (12:00 p.m. IST)- 30th September, 2016


• Last date of Registration of Overseas and Invited Indian Universities/Colleges- 15th October, 2016


• Last Date for seeking clarifications regarding the CaseStudy (Teams participating in the Memorial Round)- 1 st September, 2016


• Notification of selected Indian teams qualifying through the Memorial Round- 1 st November, 2016


• Last Date for seeking clarifications regarding the CaseStudy- 5 th November, 2016


• Deadline for submission of Memorials (soft-copy) (11:59 p.m. IST) 15th December, 2016


• Deadline for submission of Memorials (hard copy) for Indian Colleges/ Universities (12:00 p.m. IST)- 20th December, 2016


• Deadline for submission of Memorials (hard copy) for Overseas Universities (12:00 p.m. IST)- 24th December, 2016


• Rounds of the Competition- 9 th - 12th February, 2017
